The presentation was inspired by the lyrics to the seventies folk song, He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother, by The Hollies. Men have carried each other up the ladder of success while most women continue to bump up against the glass ceiling. Women make up 50.8% of the US population, 47% of the US labor force, and 52.5% of the college-educated workforce, yet less than 25% in leadership positions from boardrooms to the halls of Congress. These gaps can be closed by leading, working, and growing together in an intentional way. Women can carry women up the ladder of success and remove real and perceived ceilings. At Vantage Point Coaching, we believe that the sky is only the beginning because there are galaxies yet to be explored.

Participants will be able to articulate the gaps in leadership positions and walk away with strategies to close those gaps. Participants will learn the benefits of coaching, mentoring, and sponsoring other women. Participants will learn diversity, equity, and inclusion tactics.
