Fanning the Fire in the Belly

As women leaders we navigate complex interpersonal and psychospiritual landmines. Our journeys requires us to apply a keen sense of awareness, emotional intelligence, skill, grace and grit. We are often challenged by existential dilemmas, organizational and societal resistance and unrealistic expectations. Let’s take time to be intentional and explore together how to harness our deepest gifts, refurbish and restock our physical, psychological and spiritual toolbox. Take a deep dive into our core values, our innate gifts and our authentic selves in order to craft an individualized plan for uncovering what puts fire in our bellies.

Participants will identify core values and challenges to working from their authentic selves, discover sources of energy and compassion, create a holistic self care development plan, and learn Mindfullness Practice.

Marta M. Miranda-Straub is a Latinx Afro-Caribbean Woman who has spent her life working towards equity, inclusion and creating systems change.
